Meadow Mesa Church Picnic

YooHooo....We will be holding our family picnic on Saturday, May 15th and we're looking forward to a day of fun, playing games, resting for the weary, and lots of laughs.

Interesting as this may be you will not be able to find map to use if you did a map search on the internet. Therefore, I have posted the map from church at the bottom of this page in case you don't have one. If you get side tracked you can always call me @561-3412.

Thanks goes for all that have volunteered to help with the set-up and clean-up, and you will be contacted through the week.

Apparently we will have a bat ready to use as the children swing at the pinata. Of coarse our personal safety coordinator, Jason, will make sure everyone gets their fair chance to pop the pinata.

More games like the water balloon toss, sack races, and the hoola hoop contest will provide extremely enjoyable, once in a lifetime moments. Don't forget to bring your person favorite relaxing preferences like chess, checkers, book, or kites....you know.

Along with the personal items you may wish to bring would be:
1. Blanket
2. Chair
3. Sunscreen
4. Towel (In case of a water gun shower)
5. Camera

Forgot to mention we are also holding a picture taking contest and the winner will receive dinner for two. We will be posting the winner on Way180 by June, 13 and all picture need to be turned in before June 6, 2010.

CCMM will be providing the barrel baked chicken and thanks to Leo, you are in for a treat. We will also have water and lemonade to drink.

1. A thru M are bringing soups and salads
2. N thru Z are bringing appetizer's and deserts
If you have already placed your names on the list, bless you! For those that have not, that's okay and God will bless you too! We also have a few that are bringing some of those specialty foods so come hungry.
