I was sooo blessed during Wednesday Night's service on August 5th. I was sharing one of my favorite scripture selections which is found in 2 Timothy:

Whenever you have a prayer request, please click on the (Resources) tab and you will see and drop down link with the word (prayer) on it. Click on the drop down link - prayer - and you will be taken to our on-going, ever-growing prayer list.
This place was created as a place for all of us to list our prayer needs.
Then . . . . . when it's time for your daily prayer, if you have your computer open, open the prayer section and go through the prayer requests and pray for the needs.… Continue

Did you see that we have 180 people who are part of way180.com?
That's very exciting.
I have ben out of touch and haven't paid enough attention to this site as a tool to encourage and communicate and that has to change.
To be blessed with this site and not make better use of it is neglectful on my part. Will try to do much better.
Anyway, it looks like I just missed you. I went out in the back yard to spend a little time with the pups, Cocoa and Zoe, my two chocolate labs.
I'm gonna post a photo of Zoe but Cocoa is camera shy.
Church was packed yesterday, both services, the Lord is blessin.
Worship was strong, people startin to bust out, forgettin the self consciousness and simply singing out strong to the Lord.
That's what I'm Talkin About !
Very exciting. Please Lord make us a people totally wrapped in love for You.
God, You are sooo amazing and sooo worthy. Thank You for the CCMM family.
Help us Lord explode with passion and spiritual strength for the calling You have placed upon us.

- Hi Pastor Mike. I have a fiend at work who needs prayer. His name is Sam. About five years ago I was led by the Holy Spirit to witness to him. I know it was Sams moment of visitation because the things that the Spirit spoke through me that day concerning Sams life I had no way of knowing. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ that day as savior and soon afterward we went to different shifts. We would cross paths from time to time and I would ask how he was doing spiritually. He assured me everything was good and that he and his family was attending Canyon Ridge. We started working together again about a year ago and it soon became obvious that he had fallen away. He has become a two times a year fellowship attendee. He sites the main cause of discontinued fellowship is the constant sermons on giving of money but I am sure there is more to the story. The Lord has been providing opportunities to minister to him but he becomes highly agitated when I use scripture to make a defense for the validity of our need for forgiveness of sins that can only be found through our faith in Jesus Christ. He has made the " I have to see it to believe it" comment several times along with the " man wrote the books of the bible " comment several times. Scripture is always where I take him but it seems to be of no avail. I know from past experiences that when I speak of my own understanding and make opportunities happen when witnessing vey little if any fruit is produced so I am incredibly sensitive to the Spirits leading in these matters. Will You please add Sam to your prayer list? Do you have any guidance in this matter? ...Clinton
