God's Love in Our Children

I see God’s love for us in our children. When a baby is born, does that baby have to earn our love? “NO” of course not. There is nothing they did to earn our love. As our children grow we try and guide them and keep them safe. At times they may disappoint, try our patients or even make us angry but we love them. We are children of God. There is nothing we did to earn His love, no works could pay for the grace and love we have been given. Yes, we may stumble, we may disappoint at times but God loves us.
