The Way That Is Right

You know when you study God's word you're going to encounter resistance from satan. When God's power becomes strong in your life and in your church, he is there, stirring things up. Pray for our church, pray for our home fellowships that we would be strong and able to withstand the wiles of the devil. ***Already he has attempted to put stumbling blocks in our paths.***

"...put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness."

"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another , even as God in Christ forgave you. Therefore be imitators of God as dear children...."

These verses from Ephesians 4 & 5 encourage us to be more like Him who renewed us and created us (italics for emphasis) for His purpose.

Let us "be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might."

Ephesians 6:10

Thanks peeps. Pray for the Shelly's group too. Our fellowship folks are forming stronger bonds with each other, and sharing with one another in the Word in a deeper way. It's great that we have a common bond in the Lord. Oh and Greg, bring along that shield and that Sword. Thanks!

That is a great message, may God continue to equip you with all strength, and power as you battle in the heavenly realms and unashamedly bring forth His word. That is so awesome to see a husband and wife like the two of you, burning bright for God. I promise you, that you both are an encouragement to me as I read your message, and see that you are on the front line fighting for the Kingdom Of God. May you both be blessed with perfect health, and peace, as you journey on through our desert and until we reach that river. Rick
